Banff Mountain Film Festival Returns Saturday, April 18 from 3-7 P.M. in the Downtown Reno Ballroom!

The Banff Mountain Film Festival is the Nevada Land Trust’s largest annual fundraiser. Established in 1998, the Nevada Land Trust is a private, non-profit land trust dedicated to preserving and protecting Nevada’s open spaces and special places for future generations. As the state’s first “Nevada Born” land trust, they have protected over 70,000 acres to date through acquisition, facilitation, restoration, and partnership.

A little bit about the event: Doors open to the public at 3pm for a Meet and Greet with Nevada Land Trust and 14 of our Friends and Partners in the Exhibit Hall. You can see a list of these amazing organizations and our sponsors below. The films begin at 4 pm with an intermission when we hold a raffle prize drawing that you won't want to miss! Each Banff Film Festival ticket comes with a raffle ticket. Stay tuned to this page for raffle prizes. The films will end about 7pm. There will be hot food/concessions and drinks for purchase. For our friends that are over 21 the Silver Legacy bar will be set up and Reno's own Schussboom Brewing Company will be there for the evening sampling four of their craft beers.
